Amitabh Bachchan Walks 'Into the 80th' With Swag But Daughter Shweta Bachchan Corrects Him; Here’s How Ranveer Singh Reacted

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is celebrating his 79th birthday today and on the occasion, heartfelt wishes are pouring in from every corner. As he turns a year older, Big B, who is an avid social media user, shared pictures of himself on social media saying walking 'Into the 80th'. However, his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda corrected him and reminded him that it is his 79th birthday not his 80th today.
Taking to Twitter, Amitabh posted a collage of his photos and wrote, “walking into the 80th ..” In the pictures, the veteran actor is seen donning a grey jacket, dark trousers and a sling bag as he walks speedily. Shweta was quick to take note of her father’s post and corrected him in the comments sections, writing, “79th,” followed by heart emoji.
Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda also commented with a raised hands emoji. While Ranveer Singh wrote, “Gangster,” Bhumi Pednekar commented, “swag..Happy birthday sir.” New mommy Neha Dhupia, Sanjay Kapoor, Rahul Dev among others also wished the actor in the comments sections.
In his blog post for Sunday, Amitabh Bachchan expressed his gratitude towards his well-wishers and fans. He wrote, “I am incapable of giving expression to the throbbing heart that I bear .. throbbing with the excitement of your love...It shall be impossible to acknowledge all of you in the personal equation .. but I know you do understand that I understand your greeting and that is eventually what matters .. I walk with the pride of your following .. and your love ..”
On the occasion of his birthday, his ardent fans were seen gathering outside his Juhu residence late at night. From cutting the cake to carrying placards for Amitabh Bachchan, his fans celebrated his birthday outside his residence in Mumbai.
